Make use of the assault/anti-tank grapples! Get one to be your SL, climb up to a place that is innacessible any other way (including by choppers) and get all of the snipers in your squad to spawn on you. Then jump off, and do what you please, while the snipers have a nice hiding spot.
I find a good place to do this is on the balconies of tall buildings. It's quite hard to spot you there, as you're not skylining, and if you do get shot at, you can quickly prone behind the wall.
Plus, it's easy for them to get down, either with the zip line OR parachute.
