How do i know i have the booster packs installed?

I don't know what exactly the booster packs add, but can anyone tell me what? Or give me a link. Since the booster packs aren't games, they're hard to investigate on.

if you didnt buy them you dont have them. They add extra maps, new vehicles, weapons, and one of them has a a new army.

Errm, they give you more content.
I.E. Maps, armies, weapons and vehicles.

I think you just start BF2 and join one of the servers running the booster pack. But I may be wrong...
