Where does the recorded stuff go? Is there a certain folder I should be looking for like in my BF2 folder or what? I'm going to try it out today (wanna vid. of roadside bombing tutorial for ppl).

Which recorded stuff? You run BF and in command write demo.startrecord xxx and it is saving in C:\Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2, now you have to move it to C:\Documents and Settings\"yourname"\My Documents\Battlefield 2\Profiles\Default\demos, launch Battlerecorder, find the demo which you want to launch, the map will load and now you have to launch Fraps, record some stuff, edit it in whatever(WMM or Sony Vegas) and then upload to youtube -
