Can't unlock G36E even with SP install, help plz.

I got BF 2 (the vanilla version) a year ago, and now i've just bought BF 2 Collector's edition with 2 points before my next promotion. I installed everything and gathered the 2 points and when i got promoted, the only guns i saw are BF 2 guns not SF??? I tried running the BF 2 SF shortcut to get promoted there, but that didn't help.

please help.

you need to actually play SF...you need to unlock the 1st tier weapons first..

You need to play once on a SF map.

So you're saying, after i play and win/lose a map in SF i would get the second set of weapons unlocks? or do i need to get promoted IN an SF map?

Just play a round on SF, that's all you need. :)

But there are more unlocks than just the G36E ya' know.

I hate the G36E. It's like, give it to the person with the worst accuracy in the world, and they will miraculously score headshots on you from 600 metres away. It's absolutely ridiculous. And somehow, it never works for you.

I just have bad experiences with the Medic unlocks, so I stick to the M16A2/AK-101/AK-47, but if I ever do use an unlock I use the L85A1. I just...like the scope.
