First and foremost, this is not a hate thread directed at Germans, my wife is German and I love the country having spent about 7 years of my life living there.

The thing that infuriates me is that around 70% of populated servers located in the EU are German ones, and yes you've guessed it, the admins are some of the worst I've ever come across in BF2. They kick and ban for the most bizarre reasons, they never listen to the players and they generally don't have a clue about what they are doing. Some are fine, I'm particularly fond of the *ATG* Dalian server, though there's a heli whore who goes on there who simply doesn't miss (I'll find his stats). Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone found out the same?

Yes i have had the same experience. Ive found that they'll kick me because apparently i hack, with no evidence at all. (And i dont hack) One server i ran into, kicked me because i was killing the admins too many times, i think i might have a SS of that one somewhere.

However there are a small few that i play on. =SoJ= is a good vehicle one with good players and fair admins.

German servers are the worse, to bad because they give me good pings

Avoid them as much as possible I say
I know a admin of the ATG clan Ill ask him to check this guy

That JahCS guy, honestly, no matter what you were doing I hardly ever saw him miss. Then again 500 hours in a chopper is a long time, Aviators with that much time are nigh on untouchable.

i've been banned too after I teamkilled this guy who kept taking shots at me with a pistol, then threw medic bags at me to get healing points. No warning, nothing. Same on another german server where two engies were stat padding in a upturned vodnik, I told them how lame i thought it was and got promptly banned.... no warning again.

No claymores, no C4 on flags, no commander, no bunny hopping.
The list of "kickable" offences goes on...

I normally type UK in the filters when looking for a new server.

If an admin is good then you wont know if he is there.
