unlocked unlocks still locked?

It's been a long long time since I unlocked all the weapons but I've always wanted to know how come when I play SF let's say as sniper, the only optional weapon I can use is M95 and not L96, or when I play AT it only gives me DAO and not P90 as a choise.

in SF you can't use the 2nd tier unlocks

WRONG!!! :yay::yay:

The SAS have some of the unlocks, but when you are playing SAS they are not unlocks; rather, they are the first weapon.

You can't use the 2nd tier/ SF unlocks in SF. Only basic unlocks in SF!!!
