How often you you play booster/expansion pack maps?

Never play Vanilla. Well, only when all the SF servers are empty and I don't feel like playing EF.

I find that vanilla is really limited once you get used to having zip lines and grapple hooks. Besides, everyone loves Karkand and Sharqi...well, to tell you the truth, SF has 3+ maps that are all like Sharqi (just not as colorful).

People are swept by Karkand, but really there are some great maps out there if you want to fight on foot....though they aren't all CQC alley ways.

I hate Warlord like I hate Karkand...

Mass and Surge! They are not pretty, but they have action. I still don't understand why people love the linear maps (besides the quickness to get into action).

Only time i go outside normal BF2, is to Warlord on SF.

Ive most likely played with you then, Im on that server atleast a few maps everyday.

But I jump around a lot. Yesterday for example I played a lot of Warlord, then decided to play some EF. To finish it off I payed the TKing nubs a visit on Wake.

About 80% of my time has been spent in Special Forces. I don't know why, but I just enjoy playing Ghost Town, Mass D, Surge, Warlord, and the Night Maps more than anything in vanilla. I guess it's a combination of the grapple hooks, the ziplines, flashbangs, teargas, ATVs, and better map design.

Though I have the booster packs I haven't played those maps since just after they were released. I thought EF was a waste of money (Great Wall is the only decent map of the three). I'm playing SF maps almost exclusively now. I find the vanilla maps to be kind of boring without the zip lines and grapples.

Vanilla is just old and moldy.

It's also where most of the n00bs, hackers, vehicle whores & IO junkies flock too.

I mostly play SF these days, loving Ghost Town, Mass D & Surge. Warlord was fun at first, but it reminds me too much of Krackand.

I also jump into some AF on occasion. I really love the balance of those maps and it has some great vehicle combat.
