Stats messed up forever?

I was checking out my stats and decided to check out Phantom's (#1 since firestarter's gone). I found out all he does is nade spam in Karkand (3000 some odd hours logged in there). But he received the War College Ribbon without having 25,000 commander points. How's he get it if he doesn't reach all the requirments?

maybe the 25k points are not required, but the other 2 are?

i think ea set down the requipments. but the stat sites havent noticed, so they havent edited it yet.

B/c he got the ribbon before EA changed the requirments for the ribbon.

I know they changed the req on the ground defense and air defense badges. Not sure about the rest. Would have to do some searching but cant right now.

WC ribbon got down set im not sure about the ground/air defense. But nothing else has been lowered.

That was also before they added officer ranks.
