If you get kicked from a server for a high ping or for members do you still get points for the time you were on the server?

Yes, but I believe you have to play minimum of 5 minutes to get points? I have never tried that

Yes; you do get points, and no; you don't need to play a minimum of 5 minutes to get them.

what about if you get kicked for breaking rules, like bunny hopping, is it the same?

I believe the only time you don't get points is if the server crashes. I know if you get disconnected by network issues or you leave and rejoin before the end of the round your points before disconnecting still show up.

As long as the round ends you get points, and if you hop back on and the same round is still going on you would start with the amount of points you got when you were kicked IF THE ROUND HAS NOT ENDED.

as long as the round finishes and the server does not crash you will get your points.
