Vista and BF2 DV settings

I finally bit the bullet and installed Vista. Everything runs fine, even BF2 when you change the settings for compatibility mode..
My problem is this: Im running the latest 162.22 Nvidia driver which allows the Digital Vibrance setting but it disappears when BF2 starts. Also, my mouse settings go nuts sometimes (G5)
Has anybody else had this problem and is there a fix for it?

Nope, no workaround. You can go into the game, alt+tab into NVIDIA control panel, then set the vibrance setting, hit apply. From then on, you'll get it in-game but not outside.
