Just keeps crashing...

This morning while i was playing sandbox and BF2 it crashed again twice! this makes me so mad!! I;m no computer expert so can someone offer me a straightfoward solution to end this? If possible, thanks. Also, how do i increase my RAM?

Well BF2 or any of its expansions havent crashed recently, but sandbox is now crashing almolst every time and this is especially annoying when im building a really nice creation....what can i do? my sandbox is the latest version and stuff...
