could I run ArmA with my system ?

i know my rig is pretty bad i was supposed to have recieved my new upgrades by now but i have no clue wtf is going on with newegg (they are usually pretty reliable ) but anyways i want to know if I can run ArmA on this:

Celeron D 3.0Ghz
7600GT 256MB GDDR3
dont know if the HDD matters but its a raptor



i run Battlefield 2 & 2142 on medium after the initial stuttering with like 30fps.

game played horrible at 20-30ish FPS, the game sucks anyway.

the demo sucks the game is good.
