Yeh, C4 really can't be used effectively as grenades as the throw distance is about close enough to blow yourself up and totally miss the enemy

You used to get abit more distance when throwing C4 but now it just falls like a brick.

i wish we could stick c4 to yourself and take jihading to a new level too, as for the throwing EA just made super weak spec ops guys.

Good guide, great tips for the newbies and some good ones for veterans too.

The only change I would make is this, when an enemy bails from a tank while you slap C4 on it, what I do is jump right in. It wins your team another tank and if you back off out of the action, you may actually use it as a giant armored Jihad Jeep (but only worth it if you KNOW you will die).

well then it would have to be at least twice as powerful and long ranged to really do any damage. or they could introduce a stealth feature.

i think that 5 c4 things stuck to a guy should by five times more range

well it would just do 5 times more damage the range would not really be affected .

Think of it like arm span having 5 people close together does not multiply the range of which they can reach by 5. but if you came in that range it would do more damage then.

Also capping a base you may want to put C4 onto any tanks or anything in the base (with no1 in it) incase someone jumps in.

i like to put c4 on flags when i am commander so i can blow it up if anyone tries to take th flag

It's better with mines, you only need one per vehicle. And on the LAV-25, you can put it on-top of the body, behind the turret.
