Battlefield pacthes

so i'm new, just bought battlefield 2 today, installed it, tried to do multiplayer, and saw that there were only 2 servers...so i cleared all the filters, and still 2 servers..then i realized i probably need the newest patch to see all of them. so i search battlefield 2 patches in google, and it shows me like tons and tons of patches to download...so i was wondering, is there 1 patch out right now that covers all the others? ye know, so i don't need to install each one after the other? if not, can someone tell me the order that they follow in? i'm a little confused.

The latest patch out is v1.41.

It is a full patch so there is no need to install any other patches beforehand. However, if you bought the Special Forces expansion pack you need to install that before patching.
