thats just the players laying ammo bags on the ground, it says "get ammo here" when a support guy tosses a bag, does the same when a medic lays out a heath pack. i think you may just be confusing the ingame animation sounds with people calling for it.
Seriously how long does it take to press "Q" and drag the mouse to the lower left corner and click?
actually if there's a medic around that gives a crap he will hunt you down, but like i said earlier if u die just hit the mouse left click, that calls for a medicc, shows u need a shock on his screen.
like others said (while ur living) howlong does it take to hit the "Q" key, if ur slow at it a little practice would be an advatage.
Jesus ****, I've been playing this game since the release and I can hit Q and move the mouse to medic, or any other command, as fast as I can blink, but in the middle of a firefight it would be nice if I could use my G12 key, which I easly can reach with my littlefinger, and call a medic with just that one key. That way I am able to focus on only at what's ahead of me It was just one simple queston I asked in the beginning if i could bind a key to call medic.

Listen up, you screwheads. In that split second it takes for you or me to hit Q and move your mouse I would have freaking killed you because you are unaware for that split second. The "Medic call" is one of the most used in the game and if I could bind that to one of my G-keys, which I can reach with my littlefinger, I would just be a very small tad more aware in combat...
wow... just wow, lets have a little bet ok, we both meet to a firefight at the same time, i spot you 47 times, and call for a medic 22 times you do nothing but try to kill me, and lets see who comes out on top, ffs i can jump land and nail you in the head, while i have spotted you, asked for reinforcements, requested UAV then asked for ammo after i hit the ground and killed you. binding it to G12? yea its close but why waste your crouch finger on something like that, what you don't use crouch? then how do you stand up? spacebar? LOL lets meet on the battlefield while you spam spacebar i am nailing you from the side because i stand instantly.
