Awards and MEdals notifcation problem

when you get a medal a small window in the middle of the game open and the commander says
"you have been reworded" or somthing like that


well i dont get that window and stuff

but when i go to my BFHQ i see that i got some medals that i didnt knew about them

what is the problem??


p.s: is there any new patch or update?

well depends. some awards u dont get awarded in-game.

im looking at ur stats and the last ones uve received looks to be the bronze/silver/gold medals and the service ribbon and those are exactly the medals/awards u dont get awarded in game.

(btw the bronze/silver/gold medals depend on the results of a match becuz u have to get first/second/third place for hte round to get the medal)

i fixed it btw it was in the options and below the option of voting and stuff
