No it wouldn't. The SS sizes are 320x240, if he's running at 1280x1024...you would most definitely not see the outer rim of the scope. Even running at 1024x768 you'd probably not see the scope. 320x240 is an incredibly small SS when you think about it. Trust me...I've been accused and screenshotted before, my old clan leader has plenty of PBSS of me, and I've seen a lot of them. If Pkm were hacking...you'd see more than just a 'missing-scope'.

Honestly, BF2 has some of the worst pub-scrub 'OMG He Hacks' smacktard players. You people need to get over the fact that people can actually get quite good at a video game. But then again, he could destroy you, so he must be a hack.

Not cheating. The res you have on your PB SS won't show the scope on a Scar L.

I took this of myself right now using 320x240 sample 1 as you have yours setup (default settings) and this is all you see scoped using the Scar L

Now checkitout using 800x410 sample rate 2 and even using 80/20 position to see the minimap (our default settings)
