Infantry only in unranked co-op?

my search pulled up nothing on this. forgive me if i'm wrong. my question is can we set up our server to run co-op with no vehicles so that our clan can practice as a team against bots? we set it all up and clicked "no vehicles" on the bf2cc but when we log on there ARE vehicles. thanx in advance for any help!
