BF2 SF weapon descriptions missing and server info problems

This is my first thread.

Q. Recently after installing BF2 SF, when i go into BFHQ and look at the SF weapon descriptions it would say "WEAPON_DESCRIPTION_EURIF_pn900".
How can i fix this.

Q2. When I join a server and it is loading for the no vehciles box it would say "SERVER_INFO no vehciles".

Also it would say in game when looking at a UAV "KILLMESSAGE_wav" or something like that. Could you plz help me fix this.

My computer specs are:

AMD Sempron 3100+ 1.8ghz
1Gb of RAM
Windows XP sp2
radeon 9800 pro 128mb
80Gb Hard drive
450 PSU

you got the latest patch 1.41 installed?

Yeah I did. If i reinstall BF2 will I lose my Special forces weapons?

I Do have an account. So will my SF weapons stay with it.

Do u know what caused the prob in the first place? It would be interesting to know why.

SF always has stupid problems, a reinstall should fix it though. If not post back and yes you weapons will stay :p but you might have to reinstall everything again :/ BF2>SF>1.41 because it will mess up the game.

I am experiencing the same problem. I had to do a complete re-install of BF2 and 1.41. I guess no more SF?
