I can't find my Unlocks ?

Hi folks,
I've searched but probably looked at the wrong stuff so I'll apologise in advance anyway.

I recently made the much admired rank of . . . wait for it ! . . .




. . . Lance Corporal . . .


OK so I'm not so hot at this game but I still love it, anyhow I recently got the unlock message while playing multiplayer and I was able to select some new weapons. Since then I haven't been able to find/select the unlocks on any game servers, even the one's with Allow Global Unlocks.

Am I doing something wrong ?

on each kit there is a little yellow up/down arrow in the to pright corner click that to select the unlocks

Thanks Scinto, that's the method that I used but the option vanished. Oddly enough I've just checked my stats in the link I posted, it now shows an unlocked weapon ?

well there is the "private" bug where you show in the game as a private and you dont have unlocks, and there is a server option that allows unlocks, if the admins do not check that off then you wont have unlocks on that server

I personally like ALOT of the default weapons better

Hey, don't feel bad about your stats, I'm just as bad as you! I've had the game for about a month and I am slowly improving. Even though most rounds I have at least twice as many deaths as kills, I'm still having fun.

I've just had another game and I had an unlock available, but only with the Medic kit.

Nice to see ppl ur age play this game But watch out there are around 10 year old kids who.. act like 10 year old.

Yes you had selected the medic unlock. You can only select 1 unlock (or 2 if you have played SF expansion) every time you rank up. Also, the default weapons are good, even better than unlocks.

yeah the l85 was a popular first choice unlock back when the game was released cuz everyone played as a medic. i prob wouldve gone with either m95 g36c or pkm

I'd say the l85 was a good choice, the scope on it is really nice. The m95 and PKM are also essential if you like sniping or support (my favorite)

Well I might not be very slow but my internet connection unfourtunately is. I think I could do a lot better if I wasn't always lagging so much.

What's with these stats, earlier in this thread I was showing the rank of Lance Corporal, now I'm a Private First Class...... confusing !

As you advance in rank you select a weapon as an unlock but that weapon only applies to 1 kit. For example the L85 is the first unlock for the medic kit so that is the only kit that will have the up/down arrow in the right hand corner. When you get your next promotion you will be able to select another weapon but that will also only apply to the kit it is associated with. Example: the PKM is the first unlock for the support class. So then when you play next time there will be the up/down arrow for the medic and support kit but none of the others.
