Help with in game problem

Alright after being helped by you guys before, I was wondering about this new problem.

My game starts up good, as well as searching for games good. But once the game loads up, and i click "Join Game" it opens, and my mouse and keyboard freezes. I cant click or type anything at all.

I always end up CTRL+Alt+Del. out of it then closing and settling for 360's ver.

Anyone know what the problem is?

start up the game again, go to your controls and set them to default, they get erased sometimes for some weird reason
