hi guys a was just playing AF midnight sun and i found that on the racing cars number plate it reads 2142 ??

not to mention when they bought ATI they imploded both companies, ATi/Nvidia were almost always neck and neck, it takes ati 6 months after the 8800 comes out to bring out a DX10 card, and their top of the line X2900Xt doesnt even compare to the 8800gtx, sad really I am/was an ATI fanboy. and AMD is so far behind Intel right now its rediculous. they have some ideas, 45nm octo core but its already been done/in-progress by intel, sadly enough the 6300 at 1.83gig will beat almost anything amd has on the market currently.

I remember hearing something like that too, sentience. I also remember that a billboard had a clock saying 21:42 (this is already known), and in the background there is a nuke going off. So people started thinking that 2142 was about nuclear winter or something like that.
