I dont think that many people that are not germans would make a german account just to hack to the top of the leaderboards.

Playing Tampa a lot on different European servers, I have seen all contemporary hacks like mini-map, no fog, aimbot and invulnarability, in abundance on German, Nordic and Dutch servers.

Last week-end on a Swedish Tampa 24/7 server a stolen tank drove around in the US airbase with a name tag with GER in it. Killed everyone repeatedly, received multiple AT and APC hits, also to the inner tracks. And left not even smoking. Same server, a medic team mate next to me is spotting aloud and shooting at enemies in front of us which I'm not able to see with my L96 scope.
Most common: single cal .50 head shots from jeeps and buggies from quite a distance in the fog. Sometimes it wonders me how blatantly they show their hacks. As if they're proud to have them.

With over 1000 hours of gameplay I have not seen more than maybe 2 or 3 people that were obviously hacking. Not even more than 1 or 2 people who were wallhacking.....
I mostly play on servers located in Germany, UK, France, Scandinavia.....
