You only need TWO STA missiles from the AA to take down jets.
2 STA missiles will bring a chopper down to just above the point where they catch on fire and die. So, hop out quick and plug them with a nearby .50 cal on a jeep.

mm... i tend to agree.
The Stingers take a little of practice to use.
As of now, i was able to damage a Cobra and shot down two J-10s, mostly with more than 2 missiles. The first one came down with three, the 2nd with two.
That's the problem with choppers, or you lit them when they're smoking or you're gonna have deadly counter-fire and a quick death :p
I've found the aa missile work on Bf2 quite unrealistic, but well, is challenging nonetheless...
A matter of using there after the releasing of flares and go...

This is why I take my m95 and shoot pilots before they get off the ground, people may view me as cheap but on gulf and wake I have saved countless people from having their gaming experience ruined by a pro chopper/j10 whore.

Nice job eddy. I've never been a big plane pilot, even though I used to fly attack choppers in the past, but lately I'm exclusively a grunt, so I can't tell you how much I hate the hell from above.
