Best Nvidia Driver for bf2

Hi There

I have a msi 8600gts, having a few jerky probs, what is the best Nvidia driver for BF2 in your opinion please?

I have downloaded latest one but hasn't solved the ole jerky problem.

For the 8 series cards, i would imagine the latest driver is the best. They are still finding new problems and bugs so make sure you download the newest drivers as soon as they are available.

Vista ultimate 32bit

ooo I see the problem already, it's most likely vista because you have ultimate and you need a pretty good rig for that :p

or it could be your 3500+ bottlenecking the 8600...

bloody Vista! which settings should i play around with to limit jerkiness but not loose too much eye candy?

not sure, just try putting heavy things like dynamic shadow and lighting on med, or texture on med

id also put dynamic lighting on low. i dont relaly notice a diff between med and low so i just keep it on low.

also id try drivers from http://www.tweaksrus.com they make pretty good dirvers that can give u say...1-2 more fps than the nvidia standard drivers

and its perfectly safe. the tweaked drivers are all based off of the original nvidia drivers
