Sniper Hit Indicator

Whenever I shoot someone with any of the sniper rifles, I never get the hit indication. I know for sure I've hit them because they either die, or I get a kill damage assist later on. I get the hit indication on every other gun, though.

I've seen videos of people sniping and the hit indicator shows up whenever they hit someone.

Is this a bug, or do I have something turned off?

If your using a blot action sniper e.g. M24 / L96A1 then unless you have very good vision and split second reaction you most likely wont be able to see the hit indicator. Although if your using a Type 98 / SVD you'll get one.

Hold down the fire button and it will stay in scope so you can see if you hit em

Also, in close quarters sniping, if you switch to your pistol to finish em off fast enough, you'll see the hit indicators. Otherwise, just keep yourself scoped in by holding the fire button.
