The server has refused the connection

This is getting kind of annoying. I haven't played BF2 for like 4 months. I finally got my computer back online and working and just tried to login. It is giving me an error that "The server has refused the connection.". I submitted a ticket to EA support and they responded with "give me your age, address, username, date of birth, social security number (didn't really ask for my SSN but why do they need so much?). Eventually I received an email saying that there was an update to my ticket and now I try to login to the "My Stuff" section to view my ticket and the server is down.

I can't even create a new user, it says the same "The server has refused the connection." have I done something wrong? Did I get the boot?

    Any advice is appreciated.

fyi. My software firewall allows all connections for BF2. My router never needed any configuration before either.

      Try updating PB at
