    ok ever since i got v6 i get lagg playing it, but when i play normal bf2 i dont, and im not sure whats wrong

    Well, Project Reality is a lot more demanding than vanilla BF2, so its unsurprising that it performs worse.

    Could you post your specs please?

      You need 256meg to run XP, 512meg to run any decent program, 1 gig to run photoshop, word and publisher together, 2gigs is therefore only a step up really for gaming purposes.

      Ram can be bought fairly cheap nowadays in the whole scheme of things. Most modern gamecards like x1950pro's would be bottlenecked if you only had 1gig of ram.

        yeah for me it runs reallly slowly even on 32 player servers and yeah theres alot more going on and i understand that i need more ram etc but tbh, the graphics arent that great to beging with and i thought that would help with the fps, but its still low . i play with med/high settings (which i kno isnt good for my system for PR) and it looks great in vanilla but in PR idk..the textures are blurrier
