BF2 keeps lagging, never happened before. Help again :)

Well i got the bf2 running now without any errors but now the game seems to be lagging. It has never lagged before. I have AMD athlon 3000+ 2.0 ghz, 768 ram, Ati radeon 9600 videocard. Any ideas or something useful to fix the lagg problem?

wat settings r u playing at?

and i recommend clearing cache files if u havent done so.

More RAM. 1GB if you can. If not, lower the settings related to quality. In particular, texture quality will cost you plenty. If you don't have enough RAM they can go straight to disk.

1024*768. And it has never lagged before. So the ram isn't problem
