Use metal and rock very sparingly. I too love myself some In Flames/Darkest Hour type music, but in a BF2 movie, or CS movie, or whatever kind of game movie...it's really not called for. Use something that helps set the mood of the video.
I like to use Pop/Techno/Trance/House style music. Gives you a good beat to sync around, and everyone enjoys it.(Don't deny it, either).

Yeah the artist name is Ville Virtanen aka. Darude. He is not a close friend of mine but I've played floor ball with him few times. His comes from my home town Turku.
