I sometimes get that, but it usually requires me to reboot my computer or router and its fine.
Sometimes the servers are down, but you would know if that happened as every other post on here would say so.

I saw you in some Wake Island server yesterday!

Might be your internet, reboot? What do you mean by login screen, the one right as you skip the bf2 intro or when you login?
