logitech G5 laggy

Just upgraded from my dell usb mouse to logitech g5 installed drivers perfectly no problems. Works amazing in-game playing battlefield 2, no lag at all.

But, while in the menus, it seems to take 2 seconds to respond to my commands. I put my mouse over multiplayer and click, i count one-mississippi, two-mississippi, then the multiplayer button glows and finally opens. My dell usb worked flawlessly in the bf2 menus. But for some mysterious reason my g5 lags by like 2000 ping in this case.

Once again, it works perfectly fine in game, but on the menus it goes super slow.

Anyone have any solutions, comments, similar problems, or solutions?

I use the same mouse and do not have that problem... Soo... Try reinstalling the game if it bugs you that much? Not sure.. Weird.

i have a g7 and it only lags a tiny bit in menus, but not enough to bother me.

try re-installing the drivers, or get the latest ones. but you never know, you could have a faulty mouse.

It's your PC working through your selections, not the mouse.
