Requirements for NA service ribbon?

What is the requirement to get the North American Service Ribbon. I thought it was 25 hours on AF and 1 sec on each map which i have done. Yet i still have no ribbon

"IAR: Unknown" so i guess i dont kno but u prob have to get a certain number of kills/points or something in a round

Well, i have played more than one minute on each map and i met the 25 hours. I'll keep playing and see what happens, but like Scinto said, its probably bugged...

Maybe its 25 hours as usmc on AF maps?
