Effectively killing yourself, leaving you with a negative score for killing yourself and the your teammates. In no time you are kicked for excessive TK's and the J-10 pilot shrugs, laughs and goes for the next target.

Don't think so, J-10 or any other jet is getting owned so hard this way if you actually kill it that I wouldn't mind getting a bit minus score :) You obviously do this alone without teammates. Besides, you can try jumping out of the chopper and stay alive. Call it air jihad

Can I ask (saving a new messgae) How do you lads aim when flying helicopter using missles to take out a tank lets say. I am having problems I fly in at an angle but miss more often. Any help please

One day I solo'd against another attack chopper, and just kept barrel rolling, turning away (increasing range), and diving until he lauched all 8 tv missles. I did not fire any of mine just for fun. I then fired one without an fear of retaliation and killed him as he tried to flee. :yay:

The two lines that indicate altitude on either side of the crosshair are generally where the hydras will go - IF you're pointing down. If pointing up, then the crosshair/circle is where they go.

it's different with each helo.

the AH1z (U.S. helo) and the Z-8 (I belive that's what it's called, the China one) are very similar in rockets. They both have a small spread between rockets, so they shoot pretty straight.

the mi-28 (MEC helo) has rocket pods that are spread much further apart, making a wider spread in the missiles, making it harder to hit a target.

hmm heli manuevers?? do you mean just against TVs or what?


Against pro jet pilots that know how to use the machine gun instead of using missle locks...usually barrel roll gives you a very little chance of survival but more often you dont see it coming that you die immediately...unless its a semi noob that actually slow strafes...if he does that ...TV guide them and theyre dead

Against Noobs in jets that actually even use missles on a chopper...very high chance to do anything and survive...unless he has a very low ping and 1-2 missles might hit.

Against Choppers not TV guides...just keep weaving left and right usually does it

Against TV guides....there is no escape against TV guiders that know how the deal with the hitbox works no matter what you do...barrel roll, front or back flips,etc ...none of those will work ...the only chance you have is range...meaning fire one tv and get out of range immediately

its the Z-10, the Z-8 is the PLA transport chopper....a.k.a. "the cow" or "the whale"

BTW the z-8 is the "bullet magnet" as I refer to it.
