Only the default (TGN Light) theme for now. Dark them is also coming back soon. Then CSN. Then Wrestlin' Nation. A lot of WIP stuff right now. There are a couple of things still not working either. Sorry.
how you doing in single player? As far as I know 7800 gt is not one of the most powerful cards. Hell, even my 2 7800 gtx's cant play the game at full settings, 4 xaa at 1680x1050@60. I lag all the time and continuously cry about it in these forums lol. My game runs great in singleplayer but during multiplayer it lags like hell when too much is going on. For example, both teams at one flag + artillery, bombing at Gulf Of Oman. I get like 30 fps when all of this is going on.
I don't think there is too much that you can do besides doing a full disc defrag, clean up, virus and spyware scan, etc.
What drivers you using btw?
LIke Heat flare said bring down some of the settings. Bring dynamic shadows/light, texture, texture filtering to medium and see what happens.
Also go to C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\My Documents\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2 and go into cache folders and delete all the files inside (not the folder themselves). You must do it before changing video settings and then loading up the map.
Please report back and we will see what more can be done. Look luck pal.

How many fps are you getting ConscriptVirus? Your comparison might help him out.
Basically, drivers tell the card how to interpret instructions from the motherboard and display them on the screen. Update them frequently because there are often optimizations/fixes added for specific games. Are you sure that the lag is system specific and not network ping? I will get network lag that seems to reduce framerate, but actually does not. Remember, there are bigger maps in multiplayer, so your card has to work a little harder to render scenes.
