I've had my 360 for just over a year and never once had a problem with it...

Ironically, Nintendo's indestructible Wii has failed on my brother. He had to send it in for repair because its memory decided to corrupt itself.

4 isnt bad, 12 is fantastic. The guy described his problems impact with costomer support- In the beginning, the customer support was great and pleasant, by the 12th Xbox it was hostile, haha.
