capturing flag not working

i was playing austrailian forces on the sp 64 map of the wake island map. i was at the airfield and the capture flag wasn't moving. any help :shock:

Could be a glitch in the mod? Or an enemy was also in the radius. I have experienced this once in a great while on Gulf of Oman 64 playing vBF 2

Sure you weren't trying to cap your own flag? Lol, but yeah an enemy might of been near by... Or just a random bug.

Reinstall BF2. Just to be sure, I would reinstall Windows as well.

did you make sure the flag wasnt yours first? seriously i've seen it happen and even done it myself a few times, nothing makes you feel like a noob more

but yea there is a bug where the flag gets stuck as one armies and cannot be switched, or stays neutral for both teams, been around since release and never really fixed.

dont reinstall just try a diffrent flag and make sure its not your ow. probably a glitch.
