now that would tick me off too, U bought it sealed new? code should work, when u entered it during setup it didnt give you no error, it just took it? if it did i dont know why it wouldnt work.

what server? have u tried another one.

The only thing I can think of is that because I bought deluxe edition, then I installed a regular edition. I haven't used the Spec. Force exp pack because I wanted to see if this works. :hmm:

uninstall & reinstall , only use the whole deluxe editon, or if you just want to use the vanilla then i guess that'd be ok, but dont know why ur keycode wouldnt' work.

i'd instlall 'em all IMO

theres a ton of fixes for the invalid cd key error but post back first if the above methods havent worked cuz i dont feel like typing alot atm. (its early in the morning)

now when I try to load the game (I reinstalled) it says some particle effects problem and boots me...seriously what retard created this game

not the game, if ya try this i think it will help, gotta follow this to the "T" though ok, go here & follow this complete uninstall of battlefiled 2 http://forums.filefront.com/bf2-prob...nt-issues.html

then go here & get CC cleaner http://files.filefront.com/ccsetup14.../fileinfo.html
install the cleaner, hit the broom at the top left , & at the bottom hit "run cleaner", after that then the click the little blue redgit box on left click it, at the bottom hit scan for issue's, fix any issues it finds (when it ask you if you want to back up the registry hit yes & put it on your desktop or somewhre just incase ) and then reinstall all your bf2 + expansion & enterer the codes & if that dont work then i'm gonna bet money that you got a bad CD.
