Getting sick of this game already!

Ok so I bought this game's deluxe version but disk 4 didn't work, so I took it back and got a new game; it installed just fine. Now, whenever I try to connect to the account server it just freezes up. The thing is, when I had it before and didn't install disk 4 or 5 I could do this, just not join a server. Any ideas?

Make sure you are using the Play Battlefield 2 shortcut and NOT the Play BF2 Online Now! one. When I first got BF2 I used to use the second one and it would always freeze on the account server part.

I just got the deluxe version as well. It's literally going to take hours to set up correctly and to work all the bugs out (I had to do a system restore at one point),

As for the stats, forget they even exist. It seems like we're stuck with being privates for eternity.
I somehow manage to get "4" points, and since the recent Monday "fix", I was given another boost... all the way up to "12" points!

where are ya'll buying these 4 disks from, i got mine & it was the complete edition (SF, AF, & EU) all on one disk, i had to go to website to enable my expansion's that was a little bit of a pain(had 3 keycodes) but i had mine installed in 30mins i guess.

report the servers you play on & dont get points on to EA, write the name & if you can the IP, bit*h & complain, if we accept no points & privates forever then its our fault if we lay down & get pummped.

kinda like the gas prices, people are used to 3buks a gallon now, nobody bitc%$'s anymore.

BTW, u go to EA support & fill in the info to ask (or report ) your prolem, they will answer you. , make sure you put in your game name exactly, or you PID # either one.

The Deluxe Version on CD-ROM has 5 disks I believe, and one DVD if it's the DVD-ROM version.

ahhh brain fart i guess, i wasn't thinking , ive been so used to DVD's i forget about regular cd's.
