I've been a big fan since CMR2.

I'm wondering what you think about DiRT in comparison to 05...the handling is really odd in DiRT but otherwise it's a very cool game.

i never played 05 but have dirt the handling sucks i am using a pc control pad.
has any dirt players got a good settings with steering brakes using a control pad.
i have managed to do a lot of courses on rookie .
the control im just all over the place
i can only drive with the **** pit view of the car any other view its even harder to control.

dirt goes ok with a wheel and most cars need tweaking for they have dreadfull toe in and camber

the only problem i found is 2 days and i completed the whole thing:cry:

trucks rock but not enuf of them

CMR went sh!T after CMR2. Thats where most of my best rallye gaming experiences were. After CMR, WRC2: Extreme took the position of my rallye gaming. That game can really make your hands dull and palms sweat.

What makes rallye games so special for me is that I have a group of best buds with whom we used to play them on consoles. Using a projector and old sheets as screens. You cant beat the consoles in that department, they are the ultimate gadgets of fun.

I remember trying CMR04 out, just because I was a fan of CMR2, and they completely forgot why CMR2 was one of the best rallye games ever made.

Nice run, N2K, bad choice of music though, as usual! haha.
