Mine would have to be in a Karkand server(don't remember the name). I was on the US side, there were 6 of my teammates taking the hotel flag, (i had just joined so i was still experiencing lag) when i accidentally lobbed a grenade into the hotel lobby.

how about when your with a group of friendlies and you hit the right mouse button instead of left and drop the nade at your feet killing a few guys, or when you get that damn nade tossing bug where you throw it twice but only the one that falls in front of you 2 feet explodes.
I was on Operation Clean Sweep,I was on th MEC in the bomber's second set with the guided missiles and was randomly firing them and managed to hit our last spawn point we had left and just as everyone spawned there,the missile I fired landed smack bang on the spawn point and got me an instant ban for 18 team kills in one shot Lol
A couple of months ago I was playing a local game with my friend in sandbox, and I was coming in for a landing in an F-15 I created to fly over to him. I went over to parachute on a little heli-pad we created, but he built a wall of explosive barrels probably 200ft high and I smashed straight into the middle while he was watching, then all the barrels exploded, and I flew into the air until I could only see the clouds...
lol hahahah yea i tried that too. Also tried getting on the artillery pieces thinking it was manual firing.
my most embarrassing moment has to be when i went AFK on gulf of oman 5 mins in the round with about 5 kills and 1 death and forgetting to unclick the spawn point....when i came back...i had 5 kills and 40+ death
...and this was only a couple of months ago
thats the only reason i ever got the purple heart...usually i manage to get even a.5 KDR when im on a bad round.
When I first started Bf2 was on a server that had FF on. This lad jumps off the building from the other side and landed on me killing me straight away
Dropping arty on my team that had the flag but hey I was new
Repairing the tank only to find out that the tank driver did not see me from behind and flatten me
Last one and I will try and think of some more
Two of the other sides players had this one lad cornered and shooting him so I decided to help him out. Only to shoot the wrong person with the sniper rifle was he pee off with me.

Rofl, I hate being a medic and placing a grenade nder your team mates feets rather than a medic bag Why must 4 and 5 be so close together?
Was trying to atatck the carrier as anti tank...got into a cqc fight and i tried to switch to my smg but i couldnt find the three butto it was too dark.
haha that reminds me of when i didnt kno how to be commander in the demo and i thought u had to enter a room on the carrier (gulf of oman) so i spent some time looking for that special room
