You should be able to, I don't see why you couldn't, your score in the round probably won't show it, but i'm not sure. -

I was able to get my vet and expert ground defense while commanding on a tow. Another guy in my clan got all three ground defense in a mounted machine gun. As for repair points, you should be able to.Comment
