    Lost CD key :(

Because i kept getting the "this server only allowed unmodified content" even though i put everything how it was i decided to reinstall!

I have lost my booklet with the d keys for BF2 and BF2 SF on it!

I didnt register with EA so they arent on my account there either. Not in the registry either as i uninstalled the game.

I have asked EA if they can help but i doubt they will.

Any way to get them back? its proof enough i have a game account which has been played with those cd keys isnt it? for them to resend me them?

Next time, take a Sharpie and write the CD Key on the disk.

Im not buying a game i already own so i will just hunt around for the booklet! thanks anyway. Ill wait for a response from EA though im not holding my breath

                      Hi,

                      Thanks for contacting EA.

We can give you a new serial number, but to do that you will need to update this incident with your full name, and sku number so that we can assign a new number to you personally. The sku number is an alphanumeric number located on the bottom of any of the disks that came with the game. We will then email the replacement serial number to you.

Alternatively, you can call us and, once we have taken some details from you, we will be able to supply you with a new number. Please make sure that you have the game's CD in front of you when you call. You can contact us by telephone on 0870 2432435 between 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday.

                      I hope this helps.

                      Best Regards,
                      Anurag

Score......just give them the number on the bottom of my game and my full name and they are giving me a new serial for the game and SF expansion.

I was going to say emailing EA support, if you still have the CD case, and insert, givng that info will allow them to kill the old cd key and issue you another.:salute:

The deluxe version is 40$ now youll have to buy a new copy. Other then that Idd recomend either registering your copys from now on (it can be a pain but its worth it) or just typing your CD keys into a word document on your computer. THey are both alot easier then saving a paperback manual for years.
