Awards issues

during gameplay i see i obtain some basic award and then i am happy
but after the round is over i go to the bfhq to see my new award and its not there. the same thing happened to me when i advanced to lance corprol, i never get the upgrade.
can some one tell me why that keeps occuring. i have lost a total of three awards, a rank up and a ribbon because of this.

You 'should' get those ...sometimes, they don't kickin until the next time you get a point in a server. I know, its weird, and there's no good reason, it just happens. On top of that, everyones stats have been getting messed-up since the beginning of the month. Supposedly, everything is fixed, and all awards should be showing up. For some, this means right away, for others, it still could be awhile. I have a good 1000 points and several medals that I have yet to see. No matter though, it sucks, but if your going to play this game, sorry to say, but, get used to it.
