That diving board was my first sniping spot on bf2 in the demo. Ah the memories.. there was no water though.

I've learnt that it wasn't such a great spot for sniping eventually... now i just use the mountains.

Yea i've been seeing screenshots of pools with water in them, I have never noticed water in any of them ever.

the demo wasnt filled? maybe not.. it was the 32 version in the demo, perhaps they are different? pools arent "filled" on these maps, its just whatever lies beneath the water level will have visible water... there is water under all the terrain you just cant see it.

EDIT: negative, they must have changed it before they released the full version. Interesting enough, the map still shows the bottom of the pool.

All i ever see is empty pools.

The pools themselves seem to be pretty useless and nothing but scenery. I was thinking it would be useful for SOMETHING but i uh, haven't figured it out yet :|

Heh, i remember jumping in the pool and a MEC bomber flys through and you had to get in it. Good o'l stunts on Oman.

only pool Ive seen that is full is the one south of that one on oman.
