Thats right, BF2 was originally going to come with an LCAC for amphibious landing assaults on various maps. They would most likely have been launched from the Essex Carriers on maps such as Gulf of Oman, Zatar Wetlands, Dalian Plant and laterally Wake Island 2007. With Dalian Plant, there might have even been one starting on the US arty island as there is a huge landing area outside the Maintenance Building flag.

Just imagine flying this beast, with the original miniguns on the side and rocket pods on the side..

So, the UH-60 had rocket pods. Apparantly, so did the PLA’s Z-8 Frelon seen here on a beta version of what appears to be Songhua Stalemate

Better skin.

The Simrad is an optical laser designator that was originally going to be included in BF2. It was going to be a part of the Spec Ops kit to paint targets for airstrikes.

This map(Divided city) featured in the BF2 preview videos, however it appears to have been dropped before the final release. Its appearance is very similar to Mashtuur with the Mosque and city streets.
Heres a quick overview of what appeared to be the 16player version. Notice the different squad/kit selection screen and the map overview.

And

Both for SF, but underwater combat in BF2...
Night vision badges.

Also SF.
Airborne Specialist
Thats right. SF was originally going to includes jets as well. And this ribbon is just pure sexy!

Here is the elusive EU transport helicopter. Although none of the EF booster pack maps feature transport helicopters, the missing 64player Great Wall maps did feature transport helicopters - and the Lynx would have put in an appearance there. The helipads have actually been left in the map (out-of bounds on the 32version)

Look in your english_mappack localisation files and you can find this: KILLMESSAGE_VEHICLE_vb1 DELETEDM
Motorbike hmm..
And then googling a “VBL”, finds this:

the proposed AV-8B Harrier was cut from the addon due to balancing issues.
