They have speculated summer, but thats not confirmed.

id imagine late summer to early fall, its probably safe to assume that before Halloween you'll be playing FH2. yes allot of people give the same old "when its done its done reply" but dont let it sway you, its only because they have seen the question a zillion times but FH2 will be a mod to dominate all mods for players and pure playability, most likely the bf2 engine at its prime.

i think you might even see EA embrace it enough to follow through with the spotlight popup window promised for the mod teams for FH2 because they know it alone will sell copies of bf2, im sure they have been paying attention to these updates as closely as we have.

these guys dont mess around and they dont put out beta releases. this first release will be a full blown ww2 north African masterpiece!!! think of it as a whole new game using the bf2 engine, not just a bf2 mod, and a game with more goodies and updates to follow with future updates.

it would be best to release this before August IMO.... that would give players at least a few months to get good and involved in it before a rash of new games come out like Crysis which will surely dominate any game on the market.

When ever they release it it will be too late and not alot of people will play it. They try to put too much content in everything and fill it with maps that people may only play for 10 minutes at the most. Expect a 15 gig download.

People keep speculating dates but it turns out to e further and further away. Im just laughing my head off because my old clan which had a real crappy leader told everyone in it to vote for FH2 on this site and now on another forums people keep saying its way better then PR just because only 4 people voted for it.

Your logic makes no sense. They will have too many maps, so no one will play it? You seem like you've never played FH before.

Wtf? im just thankful that they are doing this for the community..and i already asked about the size as the FH 0.7 is split into 3 downloads coming near 2.5-3gb and Lobo said Bf2 version was looking at 2 downloads so im thinking 2 gigs tops, which really ist bad, just be thankful ffs and stop throwing the great work back in their faces.

If they don't get it out before Medal of Honor: Airborne, I doubt many will play it.

FH2 has combined arms, so because of this i dont reckon airborne will take players away.
