I find the F2000 to be inaccurate zoomed in. Just the other day on Karkand this guy at about 40 meters was going up a ladder. I zoomed in a potshotted him. He actually stopped while I kept potshotting but I didn't get one hit indication. I then got killed by a tank. It was maddening.

I love using it though in the palace on War Lord. In close its a beast. The DAO is useless. I would rather use the MEC basic shotgun.

With the Dao try to aim the reticle just above their head and its usually 2-3 shots for a kill

i think its just regular orange letters on that set, not the big ones which require §c§3 in them

localization files, only you can see it but its so satisfying owning people in huge letters for some reason. if i can find a place to upload em ill hook you up with mine, very funny stuff, all my map descriptions changed IE karkand: the most played map in BF2. you dont even deserve to be talked to, go die, kit names changed IE sniper-camping cvnt etc. give me some fvckin ammo, requesting a G36e noob here, I need a defib slut etc etc.

F2000 has decent accuracy in short bursts, the deviation high is bad in sprayNpray, very accurate single shot, does alot of damage to, but heck you have the M16 and the Aks as stock, would pick them over it anytime, flashbangs are nice but slow throw + slow boom = not practical in alot of situations, except carrier + chopper pad :-) the launcher i find shoots too low to the hip, practiced so long with the stock nade launchers i never really got used to the F2000s.

then you have AT, soo many infantry kills have I with the rockets, bloody fun, and deadly accurate, tiny dot on monitor = no more scoping on tanks to give position away too. kark hotel to the poor snipers climbing ladder at square, my favourite, and they just keep going up. i once knocked a guy from top of the ladder to the Jeep spawn at square. i hit a sniper at 326 yards with AT using attack here distance marker on wake. then you have the guns. stock + P90 = 19 damage, lots of head on fire fights lost, 900rpm is nice but reload hella quick, DAO + tight corners = devastation, but then you gotta hide for 10 minutes to reload, i would still pick it over any other AT gun though.

i hit 4 infantry guys with 1 AT rocket a few days ago from hotel to square, i was shocked since the splash is low, all i could make out was a red nametag and fired. they mustve been humping each other or something

is there really a question here...the F2000! DAO rocks at close range, but beyond that, everything beats it. F2000 is way more versitle, and even nice for close encounters of any kind.

DAO. i have found a recent love for that little shotgun. You can run up to people and unload in their face and they're dead. Simple as that. I love it.

DAO but it really depends on what maps you play for close range urban maps take the DAO. I never use the f2000 as assulat I always use the G3 it is alittle less powerful then the dao at close range and a killer at longrange as well.

I've got the G3 and it used to be my favorite weapon. I very seldom use the fully automatic on any weapon and the single shot on a G3 is absolutely devastating at most ranges. Since unlocking the G36E and the L96, I have been switching alot between assault, sniper and medic. I gotta say, I love each one of these guns equally. I used to use the M95 with the sniper kit but I like the L96 so much better.
