I came back to BF2 from CSS, and it seemed impossible to snipe *kept lagging out of scope*

I'm getting used to it, then I think I'll make one.

This isn't Battlefield 2, but I would like to see some sequence kills, like not just 1 kill then change scene.

Close quarters shots with a bolt action is really nice to see as well.

Well in my mind, a few things make a truly awesome sniper shot.

1. Long range...no one likes the assault sniper...duh?!
2. Moving target...anyone can shoot a AFK guy
3. lots of obstacles (buildings/chopper/plane/etc)...it is not all that hard to hit someone on open plains.
4. Pure skill... Not a "set up" shot, it should be on a whim, the enemy should walk by after your in position

Stuff like that makes a shot cool to me. For example, if you are just camping on a street or something and you see a Humvee zoom by at a far base, you predict their direction, and take out a guy in the humvee with a shot threw a bunch of buildings/fences...

yeah that's a WAY cool shot to me.

I like watching spur of the moment type shots.. those shots tend to go into the luck category but if you practice enough they become more skill based as well.

For example, you are sprinting in to cap a flag in karkand as a sniper, someone shoots behind you.. you jump and turn around and as soon as you land you shoot him in the face. Then you proceed to get on the flag radius, lay a clamore down (as you are the only one on the flag and you are against a 16 man team). You proceed to zoom in and headshot an enemy at close range, then turn around and do the exact same thing to the enemy behind you, followed by a nice one bullet left noscope to another guy. While you reload, your claymore takes out the guy that is about to attack you and you continue to pwn. This must be a continuous shot, so no dying after every shot.

So basically, the more you consecutively kill people with the sniper per life is considered ownage. Can you do that?

No scope sniper ownage and uhh chopper/hummer/buggy take downs
