Ok, first off. This is a petition to bring back alot of content that was not actually release when BF2 came out. Click the link below and get my contact information. (xfire and email) you dont have to me a member on these forums to sign my petition. This petition will be for EA/DICE to bring back alot of things that were in the original plans for BF2.

Ok well,

First off the LCAC doesn't work in the game, it's far too complex for the engine.

The SIMRAD is still in the game and sorta works.

The M82A1 is still in the game and works.

Fail more.

I can 100&#37; guarantee you that they will NOT change anything in BF2 anymore, no matter how many signatures you get. We don't even know how much patch support we are going to get....do you really think they will implement all these drastic changes to the game? If you do, your nuts. As much as I'd like to see it.....I wouldn't hold my breath.

Even though it would be nice to tweek dynamics via stuff left out. I am about 98&#37; sure that EA/DICE WILL NOT implement it regardless of what the community does. But hey, you never know and there is no hurt in trying.

Some of these things left out were put back in by different mods, fyi.

yea i know they put certain things back in mods. but still. I would like to do this. youguys have no proof that they wont listen. Has this been done before? no, didnt think so.

No, I have no proof. It was just my humble opinion. But like I said it never hurts to try and I commend you for putting forth the effort.

I feel strongly that there is a good chance they will see a great number of people who feel things need to be changed. They will do something maybe>?!!

Darkloop how long have you been playing this game? I bought it in June 2005 and was part of the community here that railed for nearly 9 months against the moronic behaviour of EA/DICE. Nothing changed for the better.
It's naive to think that the game has any future from the developers at this stage over 2 years later

Did you ever consider that there's a reason that it wasn't implemented? Perhaps they were concepts that looked good on paper, but never really worked out in reality?

As far as the LCAC is concerned, that thing has been in going all the way back to Desert Combat and has never really worked. I'm probably one of the few people who actually tried to use it in-game - it didn't work then and obviously didn't work on the BF2 engine.
